Metadata storage for API keys

The API key plugin allows storing metadata alongside API keys by setting enableMetadata: true in the plugin options. When creating an API key with auth.api.createApiKey(), pass metadata as an object in the body (e.g., metadata: { plan: "premium" }). The metadata can be retrieved from the API key object using apiKey.metadata.
