enableSessionForAPIKeys option creates mock sessions from API keys

When enableSessionForAPIKeys is enabled in the API key plugin, any endpoint in Better Auth called with a valid API key in headers automatically creates a mock session to represent the user. This feature only works with user-owned API keys (where references: "user"), not organization-owned keys. A leaked API key can be used to impersonate a user, so this is generally not recommended and should be used carefully.

The enableSessionForAPIKeys option is a boolean that specifies whether an API Key can represent a valid session. When true, a session is mocked for the user if a valid API key is found in the request headers. The default value is false.
