Chargebee organization customer support

Organizations can be Chargebee customers instead of individual users. Enable with organization.enabled: true in plugin config. Organizations become billing entity for subscriptions, useful for B2B services. When enabled, Chargebee customer is auto-created when organization first subscribes, organization name changes sync to Chargebee customer, and organizations with active subscriptions cannot be deleted.
