i18n plugin installation and setup

The i18n plugin is installed as @better-auth/i18n and added to the betterAuth config under plugins array. It translates error messages returned by Better Auth based on the user's locale. Better Auth already provides English error messages by default, so you only need to provide translations for other languages.
