Last Login Method default tracked methods

By default, the plugin tracks these authentication methods: email authentication tracked as 'email', OAuth providers tracked as provider ID (e.g. 'google', 'github', 'discord'), OAuth2 callbacks detected from URL path, and sign up methods tracked the same as sign in methods. The plugin detects methods from these endpoints: /callback/:id (OAuth callback), /oauth2/callback/:id (OAuth2 callback), /sign-in/email (email sign in), and /sign-up/email (email sign up).
