MCP plugin installation and basic setup

To use the MCP plugin, import it from 'better-auth/plugins' and add it to the plugins array in the betterAuth configuration. The plugin requires a loginPage configuration option that specifies the path to the login page where users will be redirected for authentication, such as '/sign-in'. The MCP plugin does not have a client plugin, so no changes are needed to the authClient.
