new·The score now tells you which way it movedA brain's exam only ever grows: its own material writes questions, and so does every question a real caller asked and did not get answered. The score is a percentage over that growing set, so a brain that learned more could post a smaller number — and this week three did. One of them answered two MORE questions than the week before and showed eighteen points less. Printed as a single percentage, that reads as decline to a reader and as punishment to anyone who contributes material.all news →

Invitation email setup required

To use member invitations, provide sendInvitationEmail function to better-auth config. This function receives invitation data and is responsible for constructing the invitation link (including the invitation ID) and sending it to the user.

Email verification on invitation acceptance

By default, accepting an invitation with opaque IDs (default generator or 'uuid') needs only invitation ID and matching session email. With predictable invitation IDs (serial, false, or custom ID generation), verified email is required unless requireEmailVerificationOnInvitation is explicitly set to false. Set requireEmailVerificationOnInvitation to true for stricter security when invitation IDs can be visible outside invited user's mailbox or when organization membership is sensitive.
