The sign-up endpoint is POST /sign-up/email. The signUp.email function accepts an object with the following properties: email (string, required, e.g. 'email@domain.com'), name (string, required, e.g. 'Test User'), password (string, required, e.g. 'password1234'), username (string, optional, e.g. 'test'), and displayUsername (string, optional, e.g. 'Test User123'). If only username is provided, the displayUsername will be set to the pre-normalized version of the username.
