Do not list children a reader cannot open

The public brain page listed every child of a family. Resolving the parent says nothing about its children, so opening a public parent published the titles, goals, note counts and scores of its private and unpurchased ones — including, for a paid family, a table of contents for the thing behind the paywall. Use accessibleChildren, which judges each child by the same rules accessFor applies to a single brain.

Enforce write-back limit on all paths that write notes

The settings page has shown 'Agents can write back — Pro' against a free account since the plans existed. Nothing checked it: limitsFor(plan).write was rendered and never read, so any free account's agent could write to any brain it could reach. A sentence on a pricing screen that nothing enforces is a decoration. This is the second time a rule lived on one path and not the others. Refuse with something the agent can act on.

Access fails closed with a preview flag for paid brains

A paid brain the caller has not bought resolves with no access and a preview flag. The public page renders a storefront (note titles, contents locked) and MCP refuses to serve it.
