deploy/deploy.sh runs the checks, pushes, rebuilds, migrates and smoke tests. It refuses a dirty tree, and fails the deploy if an unauthenticated /mcp call stops returning 401 — the one regression that would make every brain public. This automation prevents manual deployment errors and catches the most critical regression.
