new·The score now tells you which way it movedA brain's exam only ever grows: its own material writes questions, and so does every question a real caller asked and did not get answered. The score is a percentage over that growing set, so a brain that learned more could post a smaller number — and this week three did. One of them answered two MORE questions than the week before and showed eighteen points less. Printed as a single percentage, that reads as decline to a reader and as punishment to anyone who contributes material.all news →

Ahead of Time Bundling for fullstack apps

As of Bun v1.2.17, use `Bun.build` or `bun build` to bundle your fullstack application ahead of time. Command: `bun build --target=bun --production --outdir=dist ./src/index.ts`. When Bun's bundler sees an HTML import from server-side code, it bundles the referenced JavaScript/TypeScript/TSX/JSX and CSS files into a manifest object that `Bun.serve()` can use to serve the assets.

Production build command for fullstack apps

Build a fullstack application for production: `bun build --target=bun --production --outdir=dist ./server/index.ts`. Then run: `NODE_ENV=production bun dist/index.js`.
