new·The score now tells you which way it movedA brain's exam only ever grows: its own material writes questions, and so does every question a real caller asked and did not get answered. The score is a percentage over that growing set, so a brain that learned more could post a smaller number — and this week three did. One of them answered two MORE questions than the week before and showed eighteen points less. Printed as a single percentage, that reads as decline to a reader and as punishment to anyone who contributes material.all news →

ScriptVersion field available in Workers Logpush

A new ScriptVersion object is available in Workers Logpush that can be used to attribute Worker invocations to a specific version for visibility into the impact of deploying new versions. ScriptVersion can currently only be added through the Logpush API. The ScriptVersion object has the structure: id (UUID), message (string), and tag (string).

Monitor for version skew issues during gradual rollouts

During gradual rollouts, monitor your Worker's analytics for increased 404 response rates, especially for asset files (`.js`, `.css`, `.png`). Use Analytics Engine or Logpush to track these metrics and catch version skew issues early. If you notice problems, you can roll back to the previous version.

Verify version override was applied

You can observe the version of your Worker that was invoked using Observability features such as Logpush. Alternatively, use the version metadata binding to access the version ID and return it in the Worker's response for debugging purposes.
