Durable Object migrations in config

New Durable Object classes require a migrations entry in the config. Missing migrations cause deployment failures. The current migration format and required fields must be confirmed by reading the schema.

Durable Object class_name must match export

In Durable Object binding declarations, the class_name value must match the exact exported class name, not the binding name. Mismatches will cause validation errors.
