useUnknownInCatchVariables enabled by default in Deno 2

Deno 2 enables TypeScript's useUnknownInCatchVariables by default. Caught values in catch clauses are now typed as unknown instead of any, requiring error narrowing before accessing properties. Can be disabled by setting "useUnknownInCatchVariables": false in deno.json compiler options for quick migration, though narrowing is recommended.
