setTheme with setOption merge mode caveat

When calling setTheme after multiple setOption calls in merge mode, previous merged options (option1, option2) are discarded and only the last option (option3) is retained. To avoid this, ensure every option contains all information and use notMerge: true in setOption calls before calling setTheme.
