async/dependencies

Dependencies with normal def run in thread pool

Dependencies declared with normal `def` instead of `async def` are run in the external threadpool, similar to path operation functions.

Sub-dependencies can mix def and async def

You can have multiple dependencies and sub-dependencies requiring each other, with some created with `async def` and others with normal `def`. Those with normal `def` will be called on an external thread instead of being awaited.

Async or regular functions with yield in dependencies

Both async and regular functions can be used as dependencies with `yield`. FastAPI will handle each appropriately, the same as with normal dependencies.
