Do not use GET requests for state-changing operations. GET is a safe method and should only retrieve data without modifying server state. If state-changing operations must be reachable via GET (strongly discouraged), those resources must be protected against CSRF using the same techniques applied to POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE requests.
