Touchscreen.tap method signature and behavior

Touchscreen.tap is an async method that dispatches a touchstart and touchend event with a single touch at the specified position. It takes two parameters: x (float) and y (float), both representing coordinates relative to the main frame's viewport in CSS pixels. The method will throw if the Browser.newContext.hasTouch option is false.
