getDefaultMiddleware function signature and deprecation

getDefaultMiddleware is deprecated. The function signature is: getDefaultMiddleware<S = any, O extends Partial<GetDefaultMiddlewareOptions> = {thunk: true, immutableCheck: true, serializableCheck: true}>(options?: O): MiddlewareArray<Middleware<{}, S> | ThunkMiddlewareFor<S, O>>. It returns a MiddlewareArray containing middleware and accepts optional options parameter.

RTK 2: middleware must use getDefaultMiddleware callback

RTK 2 removed array middleware configuration. The middleware option must be a function that receives getDefaultMiddleware and returns an array. Correct form: middleware: (getDefaultMiddleware) => getDefaultMiddleware().concat(logger). The incorrect RTK 1.x form middleware: [logger] no longer works.
