Remove line-clamp plugin when upgrading to v3.3

When upgrading to Tailwind CSS v3.3, if you were using the @tailwindcss/line-clamp plugin, you can safely remove it from the plugins array in your tailwind.config.js file since line-clamp is now built into the framework.

v3.4 is released, v4 Oxide engine coming next

Tailwind CSS v3.4 was released in December 2023. The Oxide engine improvements that were originally planned for v3.4 were deferred to the next release in order to ship many accumulated improvements sooner.
