rtl and ltr variants for bi-directional layout support

Use the rtl variant to conditionally add styles in right-to-left mode, and the ltr variant for left-to-right mode. These are useful when building multi-directional layouts that need to support both RTL and LTR. For example, ltr:ml-3 rtl:mr-3 swaps margin directions based on text direction.
