React Query render optimization with notifyOnChangeProps

React Query has excellent rendering performance by automatically tracking which fields are accessed and only re-rendering if one of them changes. Setting `notifyOnChangeProps` to `'all'` will re-render components whenever the query is updated. Setting `notifyOnChangeProps` to `['data', 'error']` reduces renders by only watching those properties. React Query batches updates to ensure applications only re-render once when multiple components use the same query.
