Deep Link plugin permissions

By default all potentially dangerous plugin commands and scopes are blocked. You must modify permissions in the capabilities configuration to enable deep-link access.

Deep Link default permissions configuration

To enable deep-link in capabilities, add 'deep-link:default' to the permissions array in src-tauri/capabilities/default.json. Also usually add 'core:event:default' to listen to the deep-link event.
